July Friday 4th Flash Ley Primary School Summer Fete.Join Stafford FM’s Adam Diouri as we host the annual extravaganza at the school. It all starts at 5.15pm and goes through until 7.15.
 Saturday 5th Great British Food Festival, Shugborough Estate.Stafford FM is once again the ‘Official’ radio station for this year’s wonderful GBFF. The man vs food challenge is made even more evil and there will be hundreds of exhibitors with lots of entertainment for all the family. We’ll be broadcasting ‘Live’ throughout the day bringing you a flavour of the event as Ray Crowther will be there between 11.00am and 2.00pm
 Westonbury Music Festival, Weston Road Academy, Blackheath Lane.Weston Road Academy will play host to it’s first ever ‘Live’ music festival as Westonbury hits the school between 3.00 & 8.00pm.
Join Stafford FM as we host the main stage with local singing sensation Sam Hollyman headlining.
Sunday 6th Have a Go Archery – Stafford Castle.11am to 5pm. Learn the traditional skills of the archer with ‘Itz Archery’. Three arrows £1, no booking necessary.

Stafford Festival- Party in the Park, Victoria Park.

This year some, well known, special guests, Mr Tickle and Little Miss Sunshine will be attending Victoria Park, making personal appearances at various times throughout the day. Families can enjoy family fun with face painting, art workshops, entertaining shows, train rides and lots more! It’s Free Admission. Some activities will incur a small, 50p charge. 
Saturday 12th Farmers Market – Market Square
Saturday 12th Summer Soundz Bass Night – Highfields Social Club
7 pm- 10:30 pm. Featuring Bassline Bruus and guests. Dubstep, Drum and Bass, Drumstep and Trap.
An event for 13-18 year olds, strictly no alcohol, refreshments available to buy.
£6 entry on the door.
Sunday 13th Live @ the Castle
12- 10 pm. Enjoy the very best of local live music. Local bands, singers and comedians will be performing on
the main stage. More details for live @ the Castle including the line ups will be released nearer the time.
Admission (12+ years) £3, Car park £5. No dogs allowed.
Sunday 13th Teddy Bears Picnic – Izaak Walton’s Cottage
11 am – 5 pm. Enjoy family fun and games in the cottage garden with puppet show/face painting/story telling.
Craft Stalls and a bouncy castle and ball park for the younger family members. Bring a picnic and dont forget
your teddy bear!
Free admission if accompanied by a teddy bear. Supported by the Izaak Walton Cottage Chapter.
August Friday 1st Staffordshire Cycling Festival – Town Centre from 4.30.

Stafford FM will be hosting the main stage in Greengate Street for this prestigious elite cycle race around the town.
Sunday 3rd Classic Car Show – Stafford Castle
11 am – 5 pm. A classic car treat and vintage fun for all the family. Classic, vintage and collectors cars on display.
With trophies awarded to best in class. Craft stalls and children’s activities. Including mini Landrover rides.
Free admission, Car park £3.
Wednesday 6th August Summer Fun – Stafford Castle
1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. Wednesday (5-7 years) Thursday (8-12 years). Arange of summer workshops.
£5 per session including refreshments. Pre-booking essential, visit Get Out
Monday 18th – Friday 22nd Children’s Fun Week – Guildhall Shopping Centre
September Saturday 6th Stafford Arts Festival – Various Town Centre venues
10 am – 4 pm. Visit the Ancient High House and over 40 town centre venues for a full programme of arts, crafts,
music, literary workshops and activities.
